Meditation for Busy Women

Join Elizabeth Ewanchuck for this 75-minute workshop where you’ll learn:
• A simple meditation technique.
• How to deal with some of the most common challenges meditators face.
• How to consistently carve out time to meditate.
This is an interactive workshop, so please bring your questions. After talking about the ins-and-outs of meditation, we’ll do a short “sit” together.
Elizabeth is a teenager trapped in the body of a woman in her 50s. How exactly that happened is anyone’s guess. She loves climbing trees and mountains and believes that shoes are instruments of pure evil.
She’s a Women’s Wellness Coach and the creator of Not Your Momma’s Menopause, programs for women 40+ who want to remain vibrant and engaged in life. Drawing on her formal training in holistic healing and the wisdom she gleaned while transitioning though her own mid-life metamorphosis, Elizabeth delivers straightforward, practical solutions for kick ass active women who don’t want menopause to slow them down.
